Requested to PCB to include a team from Kashmir in the Sixth Season:

During his visit to Azad Kashmir on May 17, 2020. He had requested the PCB to include a team from Kashmir in the sixth season of the Pakistan Super League. His recent statement “I will solve the issues of unemployment and education if I become the Prime Minister of Pakistan” sheds light on his political ambitions.

The Prime Minister

Shahid Afridi Jump into the Political?

However, his denial of interest in politics came from his own interview on a TV channel, the only electronic outlet so far in which he had a full hour-long conversation. “I would have entered politics when I was offered by political parties,” Afridi said.

“The prime minister’s chair looks attractive from a distance”. I do what I can. I am not interested in big talk. I have no intention of entering politics. The speculation that I am becoming the Prime Minister is not correct.

Service to humanity is above politics. Opposition leaders should be respected, etc. His recent photo of him praying alone with his luxurious car on the side of the road has also sparked a discussion about his political ambitions as those who have political plans usually arrange such photographs and also continue.

Over time, some politicians have done this to show their love for religion and to show that they have a purely religious mindset.

Getting involved in politics through different celebrities from different fields is not a new thing in Pakistan. It remains to be seen how the major political parties will react to Afridi’s political activism when they choose him
